Super clean, staff was lovely and welcoming.

The staff was very friendly and the ambience was nice. However, the room was very cramped and had to be careful not to fall over columns and bed on the way to the bathroom. Walls were thin and there was no facial soap provided.

Avoid this place during the Christmas season if you want personal assistance

Nice place but was not worth what i paid

Nice location, close to Time Square, so it can get noisy at night. No coffee maker and no cups in the room, you have to request it. hotel can use a little TLC
