"Very convenient location and very easy to get in and out of our room. The room was good size overall, though the bathroom was very small. The staff was very friendly and it was convenient having the restaurant next-door. Overall, it was perfect for our visit. I would stay there again."
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was across the parking lot and a nice area. The walls in the rooms are very thin so you can hear everything above you and next to you. The rooms were mostly very clean but the floors instantly turned by white socks black. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Convenient location with a gear shop attached. Large grocery store across the street, too. "
"The bedding was terrible. It felt like sleeping in a paper bag lined with dryer sheets. You could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms, including the folks jumping off the bed above us. "
"Everything was nice. Only problem was when we called to see if the hot tub was up and running-we were told no. When we got there we were told it was open. Also they missed that we had 2 rooms which was slightly annoying. Other than that the hotel was great"
"The lady at the front desk named was extremely rude. She wasn’t even friendly when we came in the door and walked up to the desk. When I even asked for a receipt that shows we checked out at the end, she refused. She said well I don’t know how to do that and I cannot give that to you and then she actually raised her voice at me and told us that we can just leave. Those were her words. The room they gave my family had a terrible potent chemical smell. It was so bad that my daughter‘s asthma started acting up in less than 10 minutes. She also got congested and her nose started running. It was so bad that I even got a headache. When I requested a room change because of it, once again the lady at the front desk was not kind nor accommodating. She told me they could put an ozonator in the room for about an hour or so, but we would have to leave the room and go somewhere while they did it. It would help to clean the air, but that’s all they could do. I was not thrilled. I didn’t feel like they were taking my daughter‘s health seriously. It was obvious that they were trying to cover up some other smell in that room whether it be pet smell or smoking smell. We had stayed at this hotel before, we liked it, and that is why we decided to go back. The people prior made us feel welcomed. Based on this interaction and the room disaster, our family will never go back there again. Disaster!!!!"
