「Very nice staff」

「What a gorgeous beach! This was a magical place with the friendliest staff, a great restaurant, and beautiful accommodations. I chose the Jungalow room because I wanted to be immersed in nature. The structure was rustic, but it was so cool hearing all the jungle noises while I slept. The shower was also big and open to the jungle, which was really cool. 「Avoid Room # 402 at all costs. This room has a major odor problem in the bathroom and should not be rented to anyone in this condition. The smell of sewage rises through a drain cover on the bathroom floor. We identified the problem from day one, but no serious attempt was made to correct it. After a few days, they covered the drain cover, but this did not fix the problem. The woman who is mostly at the front desk during the day had a very defensive attitude about this problem. 「Nice location away (but not too far away) from Bocas Town. Owners were very friendly and accommodating with water taxis. A member of our family, who is celiac, had no issues. Beware of the little biting flies - they are everywhere in this area.」
