The bad: we were not on the list to stay there even though the owner received the payment and sent us a note (see you soon) all future communication went well. But there were no exit instructions. Message stated we would get instructions on Feb 3 but we were leaving on Feb 27. The Ugly: if you leave floaters in the toilet you...
