Wir bevorzugen normalerweise kleine Hotels, aber dieses grössere Hotel hat uns trotzdem sehr positiv überrascht. Die Atmosphäre war trotz der vielen Zimmer angenehm. Das Essen in Buffetform war sehr lecker, stets frisch und wurde laufend aufgefüllt. Besonders das Frühstück war unglaublich reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm. Die Promenade ist sehr schön, und Playa Blancs ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Second year running at this wonderful hotel right on the promenade. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing with a fantastic selection of food for all tastes. Brilliantly located, left to the marina with shops and restaurants and right to Playa Blanca shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

The beach was visible, with ocean views from the upper pool. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating upon arrival, departure, and throughout the process. Juan was there to assist us with our luggage & offered up support with a smile. Arrecio (?) Arsenio worked the front desk, always smiling and ready to help at a moment's notice. Nice hotel

From the moment we entered we were greeted with a friendly smile and a willingness to help. The facility was exceptionally clean with wonderful amenities. I loved beginning each day seated alongside a lovely pool area not far from a beautiful beach. Our room was clean and the hallways were quiet. We loved our stay at Hotel Lava Beach.

I' ve been to this resort with my boyfriend a few days for his birthday. We had a very pleasant stay, above our expectations. The staff was very kind and attentive, they helped us book a few trips Location was a short walk from everything and the room was modern and comfortable. The resort is very green and it's been peaceful during the whole stay. Restaurant has a nice outdoor seating. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for interesting design and great views and great service. It you're looking for an all-inclusive on the beach choice, this one isn't for you and didn't appear to have loads of options for kids. We were looking for a really nice 3 days away as a couple without loads of plans and just relaxing. The hotel was beautifully designed and exactly what we were looking for. The staff was also so friendly and helpful.

Wonderful customer service! The staff were very kind and friendly!!! We took our little furbaby, but the only thing we didn't like is that we couldn't eat in the open area restaurants because of our small furbaby! Which I find it a little bit ridiculous!

Good hotel, could do with some renovations….but overall it’s a lovely hotel and does what it says on the tin…lovely staff. Nobody seems to talk to anyone around the pool, just in the smoking area! lol

The best hotel that I’ve ever been ! Such an amazing stay. The outdoor area were splendid, swimming pool was huge, rooms were clean, spacious and charming. And mostly the breakfast and dinner were outstanding !
