The staff is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and the garden is lush. I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. And it is a longish walk from the gate to the hotel, which we had to do under pouring rain to get to our taxi outside. Other than that, the stay was amazing and even better than expected for the price. Honestly...

What a great adventure to Bocas del Toro and a fabulous stay at the hotel Tropical Suites! Wow!!!!! Just wow!!!! This trip was such an amazing experience from the minute I walked in. I was dropped off with the taxi boat and came off to a beautiful piece of paradise!! This place was perfect. I walked into town and beach every day. They have a fully functional outdoor community kitchen which is perfect for families. A family cooked there every day and I made smoothies. It was very clean and staff was extremely nice and helpful. Will be back.

The reception staff very friendly and the daily attention very good. Very comfortable suite. The location is excellent, close to all the beautiful beaches of Bocas del Toro and super quiet at night. 100% recommended for any traveler

great location close to everything at isla colon but at the same time quiet no loud bars or restaurant next to this hotel which is a problem in bocas. Swans cay quiet and peaceful. the Hotel has a pool that not many hotel in bocas has one. they also have a nice sushi restaurant. great place i will be back soon

Our villa was beautiful! We loved the grounds, the view of the ocean, landscaped perfect with nature. We seen monkeys almost every day and several red frogs too. Food at Punta Lava was very good. Prices for food and drinks really reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful.

What a gorgeous beach! This was a magical place with the friendliest staff, a great restaurant, and beautiful accommodations. I chose the Jungalow room because I wanted to be immersed in nature. The structure was rustic, but it was so cool hearing all the jungle noises while I slept. The shower was also big and open to the jungle, which was really cool. Just a quick boat ride from Bocas Del Toro to a super cute small waterfront resort with pool bar and restaurant ! Staff was very helpful with tours and directions to give the water taxis for what piers and so on

A two-night stay at this charming hotel on Cristobal Island, tucked away from all noise. Nature at its best. Freshly caught lobsters and seafood, and the best gourmet breakfasts and dinners prepared by the owners. We shared laughs, stories, and karaoke in the evenings with other guests. They also coordinate tours and other activities on the beaches and surrounding islands. Also I recommend this wonderful place for a Pilates retreat - Yoga - Family reunion promotion, etc.
