Staff was great. Carpet in rooms with showers like that isn’t great. Our first room had a terrible smell from water damage, they moved us to a new one which was at least tolerable. Breakfast was decent. Proximity to the airport and train are also great

Says airport hotel but is a 40min walk from the airport, they should remove the “airport” from there title. taxi is the same price to just stay in the city. In my opinion it’s a motel not hotel, full of construction workers, on a busy road. Room was average! Bathroom was terrible for the price. Cheaper to stay 2 more minutes further in by taxi to the city.

The front desk staff is terrific and were welcoming and accommodating. The small lobby is comfortable with a modern vibe. The complimentary wine hour is a nice touch. Our room was average at best. It is the typical size of European hotel rooms with basic amenities. The room cleaning service was hit or miss. On our second day we received one bath towel and the garbage bin in the bathroom disappeared. The complimentary team and coffee was replaced on occasion. The last day dirty coffee cups were left in the room. The WiFi service didn’t work in our room for 2 days. This is not a big deal unless you were trying to catch up with work. SP34 is in a good location. The Skt Peders Bageri (bakery) down the street is wonderful and a must visit. The Metro is a few minutes away and we found interesting restaurants nearby. I rate SP34 as average. The staff made the stay pleasant. If we return to Copenhagen we would opt to upgrade our hotel and stay elsewhere
