"The staff, Flavia is a sweetheart, very helpful and kind. She even helped carry our luggage, explained in great detail how everything works and even gave us historic background on the building itself as well as great places to eat and offered to get us tickets and a private taxi to show us around. Ana at the complementary breakfast is wonderful, ready to get us whatever we need, made me fresh eggs to order, very pleasant and kind. The room was amazing everything worked perfect, ice cold air...
