「The Black Market is located on the main road from the dock. There is constant noise from the traffic. The property is cluttered with antiques and collectibles. The rooms are as the photos depict. The breakfast is toast, delicious freshly made croissants and coffee. It is served to you and at 9:00 am; not sooner. 」

「A lovely welcome from staff and in particular the reception staff were extremely helpful with all our enquiries. Our stay was 4 nights and we used it as a base to visit different places in the area. The bus shuttle service into Forio was welcome and we were happy to do the 20 minute walk back after supper out in Forio. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the sea views from both our room and the main hotel areas. 」

「Fantastic stay at this amazing hotel. Food was excellent, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff could not have been friendlier. Pool area and room views were great. Guido’s knowledge of the island was very helpful in planning our 10 days in Ischia. They booked our boat tour for us. If we came again we would definitely pay for the dinner half board package because we regretted not choosing it. 」
