"The good: Inexpensive; Staff friendly and helpful; Lobby and breakfast area recently renovated; Breakfast above average for budget-range hotel (eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffle maker, good coffee, yogurt, cereal); Good Indian restaurant on premises. The "needs improvement": Other than the lobby, this property has seen better days; Room condition poor - trim, etc. worn - needs painting; Bathroom - white shower/tub surround fixed with off-white flex seal, fixtures worn, vent fan very noisy; Sink area dark - only 1 bulb working in fixture, sink drain barely works; Other: musty smell, A/C works well but very noisy, can hear other guests in neighboring rooms, very humid as pool is nearby, room was directly off the large conference hall, outside of room very dark day and night;"

"Sanitation truck came in to empty the dumpsters in the parking lot at 1:00am. Slamming the dumpsters on the ground and then backing out of the parking lot with the trucks reverse beeper blasting."

"No problems. Lindsey the Manager was wonderful. The Owner Mr Taylor was very nice and accommodating. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend very highly. Will be staying there again."

"Uncle Delmar’s cabin is the perfect place to get away! Private, quiet, & relaxing! Gorgeous views & loved watching the cows in the field. The host was fantastic-friendly, responsive & very helpful. We would recommend 100%. We will share with friends & family and we will be back!! Thank you!"
