「The room was clean and the reception clerk was friendly and efficient. No facial tissue provided. Walls lacked sufficient sound proofing. There was some rust in the bathroom. Breakfast choices were coffee, milk, waffles and packaged sweet rolls. No protein, no butter or half and half ( although there was a processed alternative). The coffee was actually pretty good for a hotel (Farmer Brothers). 」

「We arrived after the office closed so our key was left for us. The room beside us was vacant and the door was standing open with all the lights on, and there was trash outside the door, a dirty sock hanging on the balcony railing, but there was no staff on the premises to report it to. We also tried calling the phone number on the website, but could not reach anyone.Our room did not look like it had been cleaned but did have the beds made. The toilet was nasty and there was no toilet paper. We...

「House keeping did NOT do their duties as far as keeping the rooms clean EVERYDAY! The toilet stopped up. I called numerous a times for the issue to be taken care of. The front desk clerk or manager didn’t make effort to take care of the issue right away. They came out the NEXT DAY! I had to get my own plunger to unclog the toilet. They were roaches coming out of no where in the room. Terrible stay and service. I don’t recommend. 」
