「Pros: cRoom was clean and nice size. Kitchen had everything we have it at home except for food. Bed was very comfortable. Staff and valet were very helpful. We arrived to town early and were checked in at 1pm which was nice, because we wanted to walk to the NFL draft.

「The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. 」

「There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. 「Tout a été parfait ...nous avons parti le lave-vaisselle, avons laissé volontairmeent plus de 6 bières en cannettes et une bouteille de Jim Bean et il se peut que la femme de ménage trouve une pince à billets de banque des Steelers en metal avec 250$ canadien et 105 dollars US ! Il serait apprécié de ravoir la pince et les devises canadiennes et ferait cadeau des devices américaines cette pince ayant une valeur sentimentale.
