The Space: Charming home on two wooded acres. Open first level floor plan. Living room with gas fireplace, dining area, open kitchen, screened porch with L-shaped couch, cafe table and lovely string lights, leads to private lower patio with gas firepit, Adirondack chairs, lounge couch, grill and outdoor shower. Upstairs the primary bedroom has king bed and beautiful Gothic doors that open to view of front meadow. Bathroom with shower, separate soaking tub, and double sinks serves this room. Lower level has two queen bedrooms, each with its own bath, one of which is also accessible from the hallway.

LIABILITY WAIVER Neither homeowner nor management company is responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or grounds (the Property). Neither homeowner nor management company is responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. Guest fully understands that: (i) some of the activities and recreational opportunities available at the Property are or may be dangerous activities, (ii) neither homeowner nor management company maintains the Property as a commercial recreation facility; (ii) neither homeowner nor management company supervises activities on the Property; (iii) in using the Property, each guest is responsible for assuming all risks, known or unknown or his or her own activities; and (iv) each guest will be using the Property where there may or will be other persons whose activities are not controlled by homeowner or management company. Each guest wishes to participate in recreational activities at the Property knowing they are potentially dangerous. Each guest accepts and assumes all risks of injury (including death) to guest and injury or loss to Property, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, as well as any liability from participation in recreation on the Property.
DOGS: We love dogs! We charge $25 pet fee per night, per dog. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog, and we will request payment separately. We kindly ask as well that they stay off the furniture and beds as well. Thank you for your understanding!
POOL: Please note that the pool is a community pool. The pool area access code is posted on the welcome board. Full rules will be at home with instructions. Dates of opening and closing vary according to calendar and circumstances. Typically Memorial Day to Labor Day but we sometimes open it sooner and close it later. Best to ask.
OUTDOOR SHOWER: Seasonal Availability Notice. The outdoor shower is turned off during colder months for safety and maintenance.
KAYAK: Kayak key is in small chest at top of stairs to lower level.
SECURITY CAMERA AT FRONT DOOR: Ring monitoring camera outside front door. No interior cameras.
IMPORTANT: Please note that this is a residential community that has some vacation rentals, it is not a vacation community. Please be respectful of the neighbors. People are here for the peace and quiet. This is a vacation best suited to those who seek the same.
The house is located in a natural & wooded area, so you may see & hear bugs, furry critters of all sizes (including but not limited to deer, squirrels, and rodents), & reptiles. Our property has regularly scheduled pest control, however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in & around the property. Please try to keep the doors closed, do not leave food outside to prevent entry of unwanted critters. Do not feed any wildlife as they are wild animals. No refunds will be provided if a local critter visits the property.
STRIPE PAYMENTS: Please note that if your payment was processed via Stripe and you choose to cancel your reservation, the initial Stripe processing fees are non-refundable, as per Stripe’s policy.
