Property was very close to train station, with a quick 10 minute trip to Glasgow Central. Our only negative is that the road outside is very noisy. We did use ear plugs which helped.

The room was beautifully appointed and the staff was friendly and helpful. Love the neighborhood!

Hotel is stunning, room was beautiful and clean, breakfast was lovely, Could do with a fridge in the room. The Spa it is really beautiful, the pool is stunning and nice saunas and steam rooms, however I do not understand the rule that hotel residents only get to use it between certain hours and have to pay £25 per person to use it. This meant that my husband and i paid £50 to hardly use the spa! It was so busy there was not enough loungers for everyone, the sauna and stream rooms were uncomfortably full, spa is supposed to be relaxing but it was the total opposite we left after 30 mins. If hotel residents are only getting to use it between certain hours then do not charge for this. It puts me off going back which is a shame.

Lovely hotel.The only issue is there are a lot of stairs so if you can't manage stairs let
