Cabin by the Creek – A Peaceful Hideaway in the Holler
Tucked among the trees and cradled by birdsong, the Cabin by the Creek is a cozy Appalachian retreat made for rest, reconnection, and the simple joys of quiet living. This charming cabin features a wide wraparound porch—perfect for sipping coffee on the porch swing or spending golden afternoons birdwatching as the creek hums nearby.
Inside, the space is warm and thoughtfully arranged. A queen bed and a twin bed make it ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families. The living area offers a comfortable place to relax or read, a dining nook is ready for shared meals, and a sunlit sitting space with rocking chairs invites you to slow down and stay awhile.
The full bathroom is stocked with soft towels and robes, while the kitchenette includes a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee and tea station, and all the dishware you need for simple, easy meals.
Each morning, guests are welcomed at the farmhouse for a homemade breakfast served at 9 a.m.—a warm way to start the day with fresh ingredients and a bit of conversation. Guests are also invited to reserve dinner any evening during their stay. For $55 per person, our house-made, from-scratch dinners are delivered straight to your cabin, featuring 4–5 thoughtfully crafted courses. We’re happy to accommodate dietary needs and allergies with advance notice.
Whether you're journaling by the creek, watching the light shift through the trees, or simply resting in the stillness of the holler, the Cabin by the Creek offers a peaceful pause in the heart of Appalachian Kentucky.
