「Beautiful hotel with exceptional views and location. Comfortable rooms with amazing staff. We would highly recommend and look forward to returning. We had a great stay!」

「In room coffee filter material not there. In room refrigerator unplugged. Expedia "total fees" did not include $25.00 parking charge forced by location.」

「Love the Scandinavian style, cleanliness and amenities.」

「Everything was EXCELLENT will be back 1000%」

「Great space. Lots of room. The indoor parking needs lighting is my only complaint」

I called and called to speak with the manager to have the promise fulfilled and left multiple messages only to be ignored. I requested either a credit for a later...

「The hotel was beautiful. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. Even when a water main broke, they offered to shuttle us to another hotel for showers until it was fixed. The break was not their fault but they took such great care of us.」
