Come relax in your own three wing home, resort style right here on the beautiful Lake Murray.
You will experience gorgeous sunsets, calm coves, your own swimming pool, grill for BBQ'ing, massive exrta large deck for games, socializing and watching the amazing sunsets.
There is a pool table for those who like a little indoor activity, also a jacuzzi tub and a open floor plan(awesome for large groups).
15 minutes to Columbia, Chapin, 30 minutes to Newberry, 45 minutes to Augusta where you can enjoy watching the Master’s, eats, the opera house, shopping, restaurants, and the marinas are basically in your back yard (you can go by boat or car..)
The spacious, open floor plan has 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful landscaping and out door lighting.
Charleston, Greenville and the mountains are just a day trip away.

The Lake house has everything you need for the perfect vacation for your family!

The pictures do not do this property Justice. It is truly paradise. We felt right at home as soon as we got there. Host was amazing ensuring we were enjoying our time. Our son graduated from boot camp and it was a great place for him to unwind afterward. If we lived closer we would stay here again. Book this place if you are at all interested , you will not regret it

Spacious & Cozy Retreat

Our host is fantastic. We chatted since right after the booking and through the stay, answering questions along the way. The house is fantastic. Great space for both gathering or reuniting with friends/family, while also being incredibly comfortable and cozy. The Deck is phenomenal with the perfect view through the inlet during dusk. Local amenities are just up the road so you never feel like a quick store run is a chore. This place is awesome. 10/10

Lake House

Very nice property. We stayed for a week with ten family members and had a great time. Everyone was impressed on arrival which made me feel good since I had selected the house. We brought a boat and used the dock. The launch ramp was nearby. The pool was a big hit for the kids and we used the provided gas grill for cookouts. Everyone enjoyed the extensive decks in the evening. We had several spectacular sunsets. Our host Tracy was helpful and responsive. I don't hesitate to recommend this lake home if you are looking for a nice place for a family gathering.

Spring golf

Property was located with easy access to everything. Being right on the lake with a great view was a bonus. Tracy made us feel welcome and would recommend her and the property for anyone looking for a lot of space to hang out.

**For Those Who Rely Heavily On Reviews**

I only have 1500 characters I can type so I'll keep it short.*Check all rental Platforms & Reviews*The house has an oder (Cat/Mold)*Mattresses are an issue*Not the cleanest (Interior of kitchen cabinets are dirty/dirty coffee maker/utensils*Towels/Washcloths not well stocked* *Property is dated/needs TLC/overpriced in its current condition*Watch your conversations- the cameras are obsessive & the host listens in Night 2 of our stay I receive the following: "the house is only approved for the register guests. No other guests are allowed on the property,this is a strict rule,and if broken,there will be an immediate cancellation of the reservation and all guest will need to vacate the property immediately..I have already had to cancel three groups this summer for breaking this rule”. This info about her strictly inforced rule was something I would have appreciated prior to arriving. We had 8 family members we were inviting to visit the next day. Under House Rules online it says NO EVENTS. When I reached out in efforts to be transparent & maybe reach a compromise I was told no. I expressed my concerns & then advise we'd pivot to a park. The hosts respect/professionalism went down hill from there. I received a call from VRBO around midnight to try to mediate & several more cryptic messages from the host to include: "the neighbors are live, I'm on to you" & something about everything has been recorded. I've filed formal complaints/CAN NOT RECOMMEND this hosts properties.
