Overall a nice hotel, with friendly staff however staff had no knowledge of the Expedia VIP offering and didn’t really understand it. I was also in a room facing the street and the windows may as well have been open as the noise from outside was really loud throughout the evening and night

Front desk was awesome. Breakfast great, and family room perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids! Kids were very happy having their own bed. Beds were comfy so we recommend it. Thanks to the boy and girl (do not remember their names) at the front desk, they were very responsive and kind. Thanks
