The pool, hot tub and cinema room were a particular hit, as were the walk to the local pub, The Church House Inn, for Sunday lunch. Also the coastal walk from the Thatched Inn (a brave few going in the sea...in February!)."

"Had a lovely stay in Smugglers cottage despite the wet weather but were very comfortable to stay inside when needed . Great location to all the amenities on offer in Dartmouth. Apartment very well equipped and modern . Shower a little difficult to adjust but maybe due to water pressure ? Perhaps an electric shower might help ? Will certainly be back again 😊"

"Ive stopped here many times over the years, its quirky and a nice location, but it lets itself down badly . No redecorating has been done since opening. The stair carpet needs binning, dirty and stained , paintwork tired and chipped . Old sofa and TV, smell of fried food from cafe downstairs doesn't help. The top floor room I was in, one of the Velux windows wouldn't close properly. The place is very tired unfortunately "
