Room as per described in web. No breakfast though payment made was for room & breakfast. The reason we chose this hotel as they provide breakfast & that time was festive sesaon. No restaurant open that time. Not even a single bread from 7-Eleven given as a replacement. Have to walk thru smoking-floor to get to the non-smoking floor. We had bad cough as a result of it as me & my son are asthmatic. Parking less security

Not a decent stay.

The room has nothing to shout about but the basin was broken with water rushing down at the bottom of the basin. It got worst on 3rd day and the bed sheet has dried blood stain the day we checked in. One of the curtain has burned hole.

The bathroom was very smelly. Should be due to clogged toilet drainage and or plumbing. The curtain separating the shower area to the wash basin also stink.

Nothing to shout about. It is a budget hotel but i have stayed in a much better budget hotels with cheaper rates. Having said that, for a 1 night stay, it was reasonable. Breakfast is not included but for only RM10, the menu is really worth the price.

Quite convenient n reasonable priced.Good parking.

No separate shower stalls, so the whole bathroom floor is wet when one takes a shower. Only 1 free extra pillow for a twin room. Extras are charged RM2 each. No direct lift to the new wing. One has to walked to 1st floor to get the lift or take a lift from the old wing and walk across. Inconvenience to those on wheelchairs. Most rooms in the old wings are smoking rooms that smells of cigarette smoke.

What a terrible hotel. you can find there is a lot woman hair on the floor, blood stain on bed sheet, very sticky floor and, worst ever TV , CRT ...come on...still using CRT tv??? unbelievable!

Clean Hotel for a Short Trip

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I booked this hotel last minutes and the check in was smooth. The only drawback was a loud noise coming from the piping system for about 5 minutes (after I took a hot shower). My guess it was the hot water. Other than that, the hotel was good.
