It was ok but it's extremely remote and I had trouble getting rides to the city when I needed it. They were good to me. English was a little limited, but we managed. Townspeople aren't supportive or nice. The room was fine, but the only way I could get meals was to order from Walmart/spark in another city, which was pricey. It cost me $115 to get a ride service when I left due to the remoteness of the location. Not only that, but I did not have help with my bags and strained my back, which led to a medical emergency several days later. We also had a snowstorm the day I was to leave, so I had to stay extra time. It's not bad if you don't have transportation issues and if you have plenty of money for emergencies.

Overall an ok place to stay. Bed was too hard for me, but I have a finicky back. There was only a old worn office chair to sit on in our room even though there was room to have some kind of chair/chairs for sitting on. Cleanliness was ok, I find that in the hotels I usually stay in need to invest in a crevice tool to get the edges of the room and halls. Otherwise it was clean and tidy, lots of warm water. A very no frills place to stay for a night. Manager was gracious.

The water in the hotel bathroom came out brown and there was burn holes in the cover and it smell like cigarettes and dog and on top of that there was a bad snow storm and they were no help with that they asked us for money to help get to get out of the parking lot cause we were snowed in and I ended up having to shovel me and my family way out so we could get back on the road would not recommend this hotel for anyone

Williams Iowa got a foot of snow. The parking lot was not plowed at all. My vehicle got stuck in the parking lot trying to get into the parking lot after working at the Travel Center nearby. I had to abandon my vehicle while I went back to work. I came back that night and the parking lot was still not plowed. I was forced to get another room for a 3rd night and I still have to get my vehicle out tomorrow morning.
