"Breakfast was good but simple. Pool was clean but cool which made morning swims more chilling. Would recomend hitting the pool in the later afternoon."

"We were very impressed with the cleanliness both in the lobby and our rooms. Plenty of housekeeping staff Sunday morning when we were checking out. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was hot and plentiful and they kept it well stocked. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to Ridgecrest. Thank you for an awesome experience"

My mom reserved a room for me and my daughter, not knowing my daughter was bringing a friend and the man was very kind to understand and welcomed us! If we ever come back to Ridgecrest, this is the place we would stay again."

"Had an issue with the shower that required repair. Shower head was broken and spraying water everywhere. Tried to call staff but phone didn’t work. Went to office and they sent someone over quickly, thankfully. However when I asked for a discount for the trouble I was told that they fixed it so it was no longer an issue. I understand that things happen but paying the same price for soaking my change of clothes and the entire bathroom plus spending 30 minutes dealing with their issue on my vacation seemed unfair. Additionally when the fixed the shower they tracked dirt/mud all over the room since everything was wet and I had to clean it up or walk on it all night. I would have been happier if they were at least apologetic. The bed was uncomfortable and the pool was out of service. Would not recommend this place."
