「The hotel was beautiful but tricky to find. It’s actually attached to a hospital. The staff was great, the beds were comfortable, it is extremely clean and the large windows are awesome. I would not recommend the “buffet” breakfast. It is a basic continental breakfast similar to most hotels. The location is pretty close to downtown Sioux Falls. There is a bar with a decent happy hour. 」

「Lock didn’t work on door, check in took forever, lights falling out of ceiling, shower head falling out of wall, outlet covers pulled out of wall, bar closed two hours earlier than stated, and so much chlorine that my family had asthma attacks and broke out in rashes.」

「The breakfast was decent. Coffee is decent. Room is mostly comfortable. I had a light out in bathroom. There was also evidence of growth starting to develop in areas of the window. The shower handle wasn’t secure and water pressure is poor. But the staff is super nice and helpful and the area is close by where I was working so it’s a decent stay. Price is also fair. I’d stay again」

「It’s a decent, affordable place. The hallways and lobby could use a vacuuming, the room was reasonably clean though. We did have a problem in one room and the staff was super helpful, friendly, and immediately switched us to another room. Things are a bit dated and worn out, but still OK. The breakfast was fine - basics like any lobby breakfast. The area has a nice restaurant, bar, convenience store / gas station, and coffee shop - all right there nearly sharing parking lots and easily...

「GrandStay was highly recommended by area friends. They were spot on! The staff was welcoming and helpful, but never intrusive. Breakfast offers several choics for different appetites. The room was sparkling. The pool and hot tube were clean and pleasant, and open late enough to use after a business meeting. The location is very convenient to Rock Valley. Five stars all around! 」

「For a cheaper motel I was pleased with the room. It was nothing fancy but I just needed a place to sleep overnight. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept well. Usually the breakfast is skimpy at cheaper hotels but this hotel's breakfast was better than I expected for the cost. There was an Arby's right next door which was an easy to walk to to get something quick to eat. The front desk staff was also very nice. Thanks for the good experience! I would stay here again.」

「They are renovating and staying open. The rooms were beautiful on the floors we stayed on—they are finished. There is no lobby. While we stayed we found no hot water at 10:00 pm when we went to shower after a day of ball games outside. We went to front staff to inquire. Ended up spending 1 1/2 hours helping staff go thro hotel looking if other vacant rooms Had water. Never found any. About to relocate to another hotel when hot water came back. Got to bed after midnight. We had hoped there might...
