A separate lounge area is also located on the ground floor, along with 1 double bedroom complete with a private bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and WC. The ground floor is further complemented by a fully equipped kitchen and a separate WC. The upper floor hosts 3 additional double bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with its own bath, shower, and WC, and 2 further double bedrooms, each appointed with a shower and WC. Throughout the villa, warm wooden floors add a refined and cohesive aesthetic to every room.
