This is a lovely hotel. Very well maintained and quiet. The grounds are gorgeous and the room was incredible with almost 360° window views. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is located about a 30 minute drive from Inverness city center. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Inverness.

I spent a night as a solo traveller. I enjoyed hospitality with friendly staff and helpful. Breakfast was very good. I ordered takeaway as the castle restaurant isn’t in operation. I was adviced on the restaurants that does delivery to the hotel.

The staff at Kincraig Castle Hotel were impeccable! Vijay and Anne especially were so hospitable and friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we had an enjoyable experience. The hotel itself is beautiful - our room was spacious and cozy overlooking the gardens with a beautiful view. The food for breakfast and dinner was excellent, and we loved having drinks in the lounge in the evening! The little details like having umbrellas and board games for guests was great.

Front of house Vijay could not have been more helpful. We asked to upgrade room and was moved immediately. Room 17 was spacious with views over the garden. The lounge’s atmospheric- antiques and cabinets full of whiskey bottles. Set price dinner £34 for two courses was excellent. Good delicious and well worth a visit. Same for cooked breakfast. Top notch

A unique and comfortable hotel with a wonderful garden and view. The evening meal was disappointing - a simple menu is fine but it should be done well, and sadly was below standard.

Beautiful historic building, and our room was very large. Looked like some of the bathroom was redone but obviously plumbing was older. Water temperature in shower would get very hot or cold suddenly without being touched. Lots of stairs! Room temperature was not adjustable, noticed fans in the closet but saw no thermostat. Staff was fantastic! Vijay and Joyce were super friendly, and everyone was very polite and accommodating. Joyce even suggested a lunch spot for us on our way to our next destination. The cleaning staff was very nice too. Invergordon is beautiful! Loved Dunrobin Castle, only 20 minutes away. And Inverness is about 30 minutes away. Loved both places so much. No restaurants or sights in walking distance. But they included a nice breakfast with hot items available too. Eggs Benedict was the best! Extra points for the staff.
