"Usually, I do not like writing negative reviews and try to adjust wherever possible, but this was by far the worst experience I have had at an Extended Stay America property. I’ve had both great and average stays before, but never anything this disappointing. **Pros:** * Ample parking was available, although the parking area itself was not so clean and had trash scattered around. * The location of the property was convenient. * The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff was polite and helpful with clarifications. **Cons:** * The room was extremely dirty. The carpet was so filthy that simply walking barefoot on it turned our feet black. * The room was booked for four guests, yet only one hand towel and one bath towel were provided. Even after requesting additional towels, we received only one extra towel. * There were no hand tissues available in the bathroom, which was surprising. * The lobby entrance had a very strong smoke smell, creating a poor first impression upon entering the property. * I requested a room freshener to help with the unpleasant odor, but none was available. * Although the hotel advertises a “grab-and-go” breakfast, there was barely anything available on the table when we checked out in the morning. Overall, this was the worst stay I have experienced at an Extended Stay America. I have never faced such disappointment before, and I would not recommend this property, especially for families."

"Unique that it had a restaurant and a Sports bar. Both of which served good food. Bartender was extremely nice. Front desk helpful. Never waited longer than 3 min. For an Uber."

"I personally would call this a motel, not a hotel. They may (or may not; in any case we did not eat it) have breakfast but they didn’t have a restaurant. That said, it was cute and seemed to have recently been completely remodeled. They lock your car behind a gate and there is no additional charge for parking. They have an outdoor seating area which is nice on a warm spring evening. The guy that checked us in was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay."

"rooms don't have microwaves and only has one in the hallway for everyone to use. The mini fridge is used and doesn't keep the food cold or have a freezer section like most small fridges. When checking out the staff member asked me to wait in the lobby while they went upstairs to check the room for some reason. (This was at 5:30 am and waited 7-10 minutes) The other 2 guests behind me were able to checkout with no inspection. I've stayed there twice and the last time it was baby cockroaches in my room on the last day. I stayed 4 nights each time I was there and will not be returning again. The room is basic like any other for the price but I am choosing a different venue for my future stays, since I work in the area now and getting rooms instead of commuting for the next 6 months. Parking is outside and covered areas. It's a few places to eat in walking distance."

"I asked staff if they knew where the AYSO national office was located, since many of us were booked and some by a block to attend some trainings, they had no idea the office is located next door to the right. They should be aware of reservation blocks and what events are happening. Also, most annoying part was when I was running late "
