「Immaculate and close to nice downtown establishments.」

「Very clean and organized. Helpful, kind busy entrepreneurial host responds quickly. Safe downtown convenient location. Comfortable mattress. Be prepared to walk up a steep flight of stairs with luggage.」

「It's very easy to find and convenient to every land mark.」

「Staff was very personable, friendly, and helpful. Room was clean and appropriately stocked. Unfortunately, the property overall is in need of repair and refurbishment.」

「No staff on site but responsive to texts. This place is dated but ok for a place to sleep after a long day of driving. One bed was comfortable, the other not so much」
