"This place will always be near and dear to my heart. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was so cozy and loving I did not want to leave. It was a pleasure to meet Miss Jean Dailey and I hope to come back some time soon. Plus, the house is surrounded by some VERY delicious options for food. If you’re looking for a home-away-from-home getaway, that actually isn’t in the middle of nowhere, I highly recommend! "

The Biltmore Greensboro Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I loved the history of the hotel and the manager, Bryan, was impressive beyond all expectations. He was gracious, informative, enthusiastic, passionate and I could have listened all day as we took us through the formation of Greeensboro. My hope is that the hotel will be preserved to secure the history and stand as the institution that it is. It is a gem and deserves to be treated as such."
"Come back to hotel from music festival & needed a small meal. We shared a burger & fries. The quality of the food was terrible. I expected better of a Marriott. "
"This property is absolutely beautiful and in a wonderful location! Clean, easy check-in, and Maddie was great with communication and ensuring we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!"
"The front desk employees working there were wonderful. If there was an issue, they would investigate and handle it. I wish I would have gotten her name.. but she was working so hard and remained so polite the entire time. All of the employees i encountered were so nice. The room was large and very clean. The area was very accommodating for me and my small dog. I felt safe taking my dog out for late night potty break. I really appreciated the dog release area at the front of the location. I will stay at this location from now on. Great service! Don’t think about it… just book here. You won’t regret it. "
"We enjoyed our stay! Property was just as advertised! She even included coffee! It was a cute n cozy space with everything we needed a just a short walk from the nightlife. Can't wait to stay again! "
King bdrm in brilliant downtown Greensboro-few min, walk to food & entertainment
8/10 Good
"I stayed here while my son had a swim meet at the Aquatic Center. Easy drive. Location is nice for lots of restaurants and atmosphere of downtown. It was a little loud after 10pm because of nearby bars, but ear plugs worked. The king size bed was great. Apartment was clean. Parking is on the street or in a lot a block away. Noted to manager that kitchen sink wasn't draining properly but suspect that can be fixed easily. "
