"The room was very clean and there were all the essential toiletries as well as clean towels, disposable slippers, tea/coffee and a small kettle. There was a foldable luggage rack and a place to hang clothes. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as there are lots of pastry shops around and tonnes of delicious things to eat in Paris. When it got a bit hot, I couldn’t get the air con to work but it wasn’t desperately needed so I didn’t mind. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay as we were out most of the day and the proximity to the station and somewhere clean and comfy to sleep were my non-negotiables. The downside for me was the area; it’s very rough when it gets dark, people shouting and fighting on the street, the ambulance/police siren noise was non-stop on our first night and generally felt quite exhausted because I didn’t sleep well. Although I must say the bed was comfy and the room was a decent size - I am glad we went for the superior double as I think the smaller one would have been a bit too tight for us. We stayed 3 nights which I think the max I could handle in a hotel this size and this area, if I return to Paris I will probably try a different area at perhaps a self-catered accommodation. I didn’t explore the rest of the hotel much but I think there was a coffee machine near the reception area and you get a bottle of water in the room. Finally, the staff were lovely and despite the area I felt safe once inside the hotel. "

"Superbly located a short stroll away from Eurostar / Gare du Nord. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was good if a little understaffed. The room was clean - however it was dated, peeling ceiling paint in the bathroom and could do with a lick of paint. This is a basic hotel so don't expect much in glamour. Functional and friendly is the best way to summarise this convenient hotel in Paris."

"The room was ok although the access to the balcony was made difficult by the random position of the bed, the breakfast was ok but quite limited and the tea and coffee facilities were frequently not working fully, there was no ac in the room, only having local tv with no access to anything in any other language was frustrating "

"Very clean room, very engaging staff and greeted us with a smile upon arrival. He also offered water, coffee, tea, etc. when waiting for our room to be available. The towels were very clean, soft, and fluffy and they use the best amenities in their beautifully decorated room. The front desk staff helped with arranging our taxi early in the morning and offered us something to drink before departure. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff! I would stay here again when I visit Paris next."

"The staff were very welcoming, the room was emaculate and the breakfast hearty. The location is central Monmatre and the Sacre Coeur five minutes walk away. The nearest Metro I An era is in the doorstep. An excellent find. "
