"Very clean and comfortable beds"

"This room was very clean, everything worked. We didn't use the exercise room or the indoor pool, however, the pool looked very clean and well kept. I only had 2 disappointments, first, a $50 deposit is required for each room in addition to the room cost, refunded after the stay, the 2nd was that when you pay for the room on a travel site, like Expedia, instead og the Holiday Inn site, breakfast is not included in the price, you pay separately for each person. Otherwise, perfect stay, front desk gentleman was great."

"Well check in was simple. We went up to the room and there was a stain on our comforter. My husband called down and the front desk had us bring the stained one down and gave a new one. Then my 9 month old baby girl, my 11 year old son, and I were swimming Friday morning and there was a worker that came out of the bathroom in the pool area and started putting pool chemicals in at the deep end while we were in the pool. He never once said a word to us, just came from a room and had two full measuring cups full of chlorine. Now I don’t know your rules but I would have thought something like that would be done during the hours that the pool was closed, not while anyone was swimming, let alone a baby!! This was extremely annoying and insensitive. This was not okay! "

"The house was exactly as advertised! The wall paper was definitely a conversation peice. We loved our stay there with our whole family. We had kids ranging from 3 to 10 and they all had fun. "

"The townhouse is very clean, which is a huge plus. It is conviently located for getting around the Cincinnati area. It is on a busy street, which does add noise from traffic and businesses across the street. These include multiple food options, which is convenient, and there is a nice grocery store nearby. The beds are comfortable; they are some kind of memory foam, so they do get a little warm as you sleep. We stayed for a week, and the townhouse was great for our visit to the area."

"The location of the property relative to highways, shopping, etc. is very good. Quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Plenty of room in the house for us to have our alone time. The essentials are there to cook meals. Overall, it was a good stay."
