"The staff was very helpful when I arrived. The front desk explained how the bus system works and assisted us with information for a taxi. The front desk staff was always helpful."

"Room was fine! The only complaint I have is occasionally the hall and the rooms smelled like marijuana which was really repulsive. There were multiple night we stayed elsewhere because the smell was so bad. The room was fairly clean and did its job when we did stay there. I highly encourage the property to do something about the marijuana being smoked in and near the hotel."

"I would stay here again. The staff were kind and helpful. The full kitchen and laundry in the room was very convenient. The location of the hotel is also convenient while also providing another perspective of juneau. I was able to walk everywhere and even to the two tralheads I visited, one in juneau and the other on Douglas Island. The hotel itself is a bit older and a little worn but that provides it some character and also seems a bit fitting for Alaska. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would visit again."

"WE walked from the airport. 13 min. It was a short walk to the bus stop which we rode to Juneau twice $2/each. Very helpful staff. Very awesome room."
