Akzeptabel mit kleinen Mängeln
"- Eine Bettlampe ausgerissen - 1/2 Std Putzarbeit im Bad erforderlich um Schmuddeliges zu beseitigen - Duschkopf und Wasserhahn am verstopfen. - Duschabfluß musste musste erst frei gemacht werden. - Das Sofa sollte mal gereinigt werden. - Der Tisch war sehr wackelig. - Das Dachfenster im Schlafbereich ..."
