They do not have a front desk so you need to check in at the cafe'. When checking out, they didn't seem to have the record that I prepaid on Orbitz, but all was worked out."

The check-in was smooth and lady at the front desk was very friendly and explained the city and made very useful recommendations for places to visit. The rooms were very clean and tidy. "Lovely place, quiet and accessible walk to town. Go across street to private area, sit and enjoy the lake and mountain view. ONLY PROBLEM room was super hot, no AC and could not leave door open because a few bugs flew in. My husband didn't like that he had to pay for the coffee and bread. The manager was a lovely lady, very helpful. People in the town, not so much! Not engaging at all! "
