"We made a booking for this hotel more than a month ago. Came here and found out that the hotel is closed, and operations are suspended. No prior information or warning. When we called the hotel number, the person at the other side gave a meagre apology and offered no explanation or help. The hotel is located in a place where there is no taxi or public transport nearby, so we had to drag out luggage more than a kilometre to get to another hotel. "We booked a family room/suite for 4 but when we arrived there was no such room in the hotel available so we had ro sleep in an appartment in a bigger old family house . It was not so bad as we had quite big space for ourselve and a beautiful sea view but the first moment when we arrived and couldn’t get the booked room in the hotel after 4 hours trip with kids was quite frustrating….the lady who gave us the keys and showed the house probably was the owner of the house and she was quite nice"
