The property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard. All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems. The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required. Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleans

Everything was amazing, the staff, the rooms, comfy beds, beautiful designs, etc… when we arrived at 5 am, many hours before our check in time, the front desk attendant was so kind and helpful by giving us a room early since we were so tired and needed rest after our long travels. It’s a wonderful, luxurious hotel. Highly recommend!

The rooms were good. The breakfast was setup really well and there were good options to chose from. The staff was professional and provided excellent service. Yes, I would stay here again. I do recommend this hotel.

The room was very basic. Very few bed linens, no extra blankets.
