"This apartment had everything we needed. When we walked in we were impressed with the cleanliness and decor. It was bright and welcoming. We had room for everyone without feeling cramped. Bonus: there was a washer/dryer combo. Not many rentals had those available. Maik was quick to respond and the check in process was very smooth. "Should have been told it was not a hotel. Difficult to check in. Did not receive how to get Key to room instructions before I arrived or instructions on how to check out. Room had a kitchen but no silverware/utensils. I got to the address and wandered around for a half an hour trying to figure out how to get into my room or even where my room was after flying for 14 hours. Luckily I found a cleaning person in a nearby room who helped me find a key to get into my room. I had no one I could contact otherwise."
