"This was such a nice treat after our Norway adventure through small towns with small showers! The room was spacious and well-laid out. Even with the couch having to be opened for our son, it was still comfortable. Also plenty of surfaces to open luggage, tons of hooks for coats, and enough shelves for us to be able to be comfortable and not constantly opening and closing luggage in one spot. The bathroom was equally comfortable with a wonderful shower with enough space to wash your feet without having to do fancy contorsions - and again plenty of shelf space to lay out and open three toiletry bags easily. While we did not do the breakfast, I took a peek and it looked plentiful and wonderful - this is one thing that most Scandinavian hotels can claim - a wonderful, balanced, healthy and plentiful breakfast spread - and this hotel doesn't seem to fall short. The location is perfect - right in the middle of all of it - a quick walk from the ferry stop, and a quick walk from the metro stop, as well as close to all the tourist spots. Finally - it was wonderfully clean and well-maintained. All in all: highly recommend!"

"Check in was quick and easy. The room was more than adequate for a short two night stay. The room was clean. The included breakfast was fantastic offering Great selection and plenty of seating. It's easy to walk to the fish market, restaurants and touristy shops from the hotel. If you joining a cruise ship ita short flat walk from Thon Orion to the terminal."

"No rooms available as hotel close due to strike. Hotel cancelled rooms 2 days before check in. Had to book last minute at different hotel and paid high price for rooms with very little choice. Radisson made very poor management on their part to leave guests in this situation."

"Breakfast was excellent. Particularly enjoyed the ginger/applejuice drink and the perfectly cooked eggs in the morning. Coffee was good, much better than many places I have stayed. Team was amazing, providing for our needs. Parking was fine outside the property. Overall an excellent experience."

"Our flight was cancelled, we arrived the next day and even though we had sent someone early in the morning to let staff know we were arriving later, when we got there we were told that our PRE-PAID room was given. I would have expected at least a phone call before this happening. We had to stay in another room and move to the room we had booked the following day, with two kids. We were not offered anything for this. When we finally had a room (on the first day) at 10:00pm (!) (we had to wait for them to find us something since 7:00pm when we got there) the kids' bed was not even made! We had to call reception and wait for someone to come. There was also a hospitality strike and breakfast was poor, not even eggs. No warning about this either even though our breakfast was prepaid as well."

"We really enjoyed the standard cabin for two. We traveled internationally and the cabin was equipped with everything we would need. We hiked Baurbreen and Eidesnuten because Trolltunga was closed due to landslide."
