「Mi experiencia no fue la mejor. El servicio al cliente dejó mucho que desear y la limpieza necesita mejorar. Uno de los mayores problemas fue que frente al hotel había una alcantarilla desbordada con un olor insoportable durante toda la estadía, algo que afecta muchísimo la experiencia. Además, no colocan agua de cortesía en la habitación, un detalle que hoy en día muchos hoteles ofrecen. 「I rent a room with 2 Queen bends and extra space for 3 persons and 1 child is clearly written in my reservation, At arrival they give us a room with 1 Queen bed where we can not stay. They want send us to another two hotels they own (transfer) but they were sold out. 「The bad: It is not worth the price, the place looks deteriorated, specially the paint and is not even a 10 year old Hotel, parking is not completed, there is no elevators in the parking. The good: The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. It is a place to stay the nigth if you have too, not for a vacation or Holiday.」

「Everything was great. A little bit of ants but it is Puerto Rico so it is normal. Stay was comfortable and had everything for a great night and morning and for the beach. Great communication by the host.」

「This is a very quaint, little hotel. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and well maintained. The parking lot is tight but manageable. I wouldn't recommend any vehicles with a wider turning radius. La Parguera is very much within walking distance (just walk around a small baseball field and follow the road). The staff is warm and friendly.
