Welcome to The Getaway Indio this stylish & up to date home is the perfect place to spoil yourself & family! The Getaway is a spacious 5 bedroom private pool & jacuzzi spa offering a luxury living. This property is a short drive to the Coachella festival, downtown Palms springs & Casinos.

Welcome to your next getaway where you can lounge by the pool & kids the will love to play all day long in a safe environment. Play a game of pool, poker or air hockey. Catch a tan while you ready your favorite book or enjoy your favorite cocktail. Grill burgers on the natural gas built in bbq or some kabobs on the charcoal grill. Enjoy your meals in our large patio seating with a tv outdoor fridge 2 large table & outdoor seating. We know you’ll want to stay a bit longer.

Walking through the door the home opens up to a large living room with a open kitchen. You’ll definitely notice how beautiful the lighting is with the entire wall a slide glass door viewing the pool. You can always see your kids at any angle from the kitchen & living room. Enjoy a cup of coffee from our keurig machine & froth your milk. No spices or oils are provided in the kitchen besides coffee.

Bedroom 1
Primary suit: featuring a king size bed. Large Tv. Large walk in closet with extra sleeps & bedding. Master bathroom & shower located in the primary suit.

Bedroom 2:
A total of 4 sleeps 2 bunk beds of twin sleeps.

Bedroom 3:
Queen size bed

Bedroom 4:
Queen size bed

Bathroom 2: located in the hallway infront of the bedroom 3 & 4 includes two sinks & glass shower.

Bedroom 5:
Queen size bed & a bunk bed of 2 twin size sleeps.

Bathroom 3: located in the game room with a shower.

Game room: includes pool table, air hockey table & poker table.

The Getaway provides amenities such kitchen & bathroom items which includes paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, toilet paper. Fresh linens & fresh clean bathroom towels & pool towels.

PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES:
Parking spaces are available for up to 6 cars. The parking spaces are in the driveway no street parking. The reservation holder must be over the age of 21 & be on the property for the duration of the reservation.

Security cameras: video surveillance are recording on the property over the driveway, front doorbell, back patio overlooking the pool for pool safety. All cameras are ONLY outside of the home.

Pets: small pets dogs only are welcome with prior approval & a $150 per pet cleaning fee. A maximum of 2 pets only.

POOL & SPA HEATING: pool & spa heating is not included in the total booking amount. Please reach out to host for details.

AC USAGE: For no damages to occure with the AC system we ask that the temperature is not lowered any less then 74 degrees. To help keep the home cool we suggest closing the sliding door on your way in & out & keeping all windows closed. House thermostat is monitored remotely.

No Amplified music: we care about maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors. We ask our guests to keep the volume to an acceptable volume. Any extreme loud music & any fines associated with the excessive noise complaints are the responsibility of the guest.

The reservation holder & their guests of the short term rental shall be prohibited from excessive loud noises from 9 pm - 8 am Sunday - Thursday. & 10 pm - 8am Friday - Saturday.

AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING THE RESERVATION HOLDER AGREES TO THE TERMS ABOVE

GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to the entire home including all the amenities included with the home. Before accessing properly we will need a count of guests so we do not exceed the sleep count.

Please take note once again the pool & spa heating is not included in the total amount. Please reach out to the host for details.
