A two-night minimum is required for pool heating, while there is no minimum required for spa-only heating.

House Rules:
1. No loud noise allowed at any time, music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 10 PM to 8 AM Friday and Saturday. No outdoor music or loud use of outdoor amenities is allowed during quiet hours. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. 15 Cars in driveway; no street parking; off-site parking near-by. Additional parking for events, please inquire.
4. Events with up to 500 people require prior contractual approval, a separate event agreement, and a permit. Event fees are required for events with more than 30 people.

7. The booking agreement must be acknowledged and signed within 1 hour of booking and before check-in instructions are provided. ID verification is required.

10. Maximum overnight occupancy: 28 guests, including children. Event occupancy is subject to the separate event approval requirements.

Furthermore: In accordance with the house rules, any guests exceeding the maximum limit of occupants (Day or Night) will incur a charge of $200 per person. However, it's important to note that inviting guests during the day may fall under a different circumstance while overnight guests typically have a specific occupancy limit. We are only permitted a certain occupancy for overnight guests.
