This spacious 4BR, 3.5BA retreat offers modern comfort, an open-concept layout, and a resort-style backyard with a private pool, hot tub, and plenty of space for entertaining. Designed with families and groups in mind, the home also features a fun-filled game room, TVs in every bedroom, and multiple indoor/outdoor living areas.
Note: Guests will have exclusive access to the main house, pool, and hot tub via a private entrance. A separate ADU with its own entrance is located on the property but is not included in the rental.

A bonus master suite with queen bed, bunk bed, and its own kitchenette (fridge, microwave, and stove).
Outside, the resort-style backyard is perfect for relaxing or entertaining:

Guest Access:
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the main house, pool, spa, game room, bocce court, and all household amenities. On-site parking is plentiful.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for exploring, though Uber/Lyft are readily available..

Other Things to Note:

🔕 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (strictly enforced)

👥 Guest count must match reservation (security cameras on site)

💵 Violations = $1,000 fine + cancellation

❄️ Main house A/C must remain at or above 70°F (to prevent freezing). Bonus suite includes portable A/C units.

🔥 Hot tub heating: $60/day (must be turned off after reaching temp)

🏡 Pool heating is not available
