Stellar space with unique features and great proximity
This is a lovely, generously proportioned home with excellent appliances and a well-cared-for garden and pool. It's great to have such a lush green space in the desert, and the back yard is tastefully lit to provide comfort and luxury. The kitchen is equipped with a full complement of appliances, and while the dishwasher is a touch dated, everything works exceptionally well. The bathrooms are well set out and well-appointed, though bear in mind that the upstairs washroom is shared by the two bedrooms, and the downstairs washroom is an ensuite, meaning visitors will always need to go through a bedroom for any needs beyond basic toiletry (for which there is a half-bathroom available). Excellent tv, strong sound-bar, great laundry, comfy beds (the downstairs bed is much larger than the Queen promised; just be careful making it because the boxy wooden foot of the bed will nip at your shins), and extremely comfortable couch and bar stools. Generous garage and loads of space. You'll need to explicitly list your party with the front gate via the owner, which can be a bit cumbersome but isn't a deal-breaker. Wonderfully proximal to anything you are likely to need during your stay; not an exaggeration to say you can walk to most needs. Christmas decorations were still up which added an odd vibe, but that's kinda fun. The owner is extremely responsive and invested in making your stay great.
