  • Welcome to the Bedford house! A spacious, cozy and comfortable 1576 sq ft single story home that is located in a quiet neighborhood on the southeast side of Indianapolis. Minutes from Downtown, the Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Field House, Victory Field, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the University of Indianapolis, The Benedict Retreat, Greenwood and its mall, and the Airport.

    If you are coming to town for sports tournaments, Grand Park is about a 30 minute easy drive away.

Deb couldn’t have been more gracious. Her home was immaculate, incredibly well stocked (above and beyond) and beautifully maintained in a nice location. Would definitely stay there again and again.

Great stay! Deb was great and around if needed. Very nice touches like having treats, coffee and snacks available for us. The house had all the soap, toothbrushes and little personal items you could think of. She even baked for us! Highly recommended.

Excellent and highly recommend! Debbie the owner is an amazing host and her home is just perfect. Extremely clean, stocked with snacks, drinks, a few breakfast items to get us started in the morning, she put out food/water bowls for our dogs, and the list goes on. Super cute and safe neighborhood street. We had an amazing weekend stay and looking forward to our next trip to Indy and an another stay at this home. Thank you to Debbie!

It was a beautiful house, in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the place and the flowers outside. We would love to stay there again if we come back to Indy.

We have stayed at this property many times, actually every time we are in Indy, which is a few times a year. This is the perfect house. Plenty of room to have family or friends over to visit. It is always clean and exactly as advertised. What makes this the best place to stay is the owner, Debbie. She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. She is the perfect host.

Indianapolis visit

Beautiful property, clean and very comfortable. The host was very helpful with emails and had treats available when we arrived. We travel with a small dog so the fenced in back yard was awesome. Nice neighborhood and easy to get to the highways.

Amazing Stay in Indy

Loved this property! Everything was clean and well-stocked. We arrived to homemade brownies and a kitchen stocked with everything you need. The host was so gracious and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here!

Just what we needed!

Great location, close to UIndy, safe neighborhood and house was perfect. Very clean, very organized and host was incredible. Debbie goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and have everything you need. Highly recommend this house and 5 ⭐️ host!

5-star Experience for Weekend Stay

This home was perfect for a weekend family gateway to Indy. Deb does a great job at communicating. Her special touches with additional amenities & items helped to make use feel right at home. We would recommend the property as well as consider staying here the next time we are in town.

Great short weekend in Indy!

Awesome stay

The house was nice and clean, close to city, but in a quite area. House was well accommodating for my family, the host was real responsive if had a question, left a nice welcome basket. House was completely furnished and very comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to visit and hopefully will book again in the future.

Great home away from home

We were in town for a long weekend event in Indy. Home us well-appointed with all you need. Deborah left plenty if welcoming touches. Will definitely return next year for the same event!

Mother's Day Trip

We came to Indy to spend Mother's Day with family. We always rent this property. It is in a great neighborhood. The house is perfect. Always very clean and it is the perfect size for us. Debbie, the host, is fantastic. She always makes you feel like family and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Would highly recommend.

Thanksgiving with Family

This is our 4th time staying at the Bedford House. We absolutely love it. We came to Indy to spend an early Thanksgiving with family and friends and the house is perfect for such an occasion. Everything is fantastic. The host, Deb, makes everything even that much better. She makes sure her guests are comfortable and taken care of. Would highly recommend and look forward to our future stay.

Excellent Property and Great Hospitality!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The host was very nice, the house was very nice and well stocked with the necessities and was also nicely decorated. It really made us feel like we were at home. This was definitely one of our best experience while visiting Indianapolis. The property is coincidently located to the city and is situated in a lovely’s quiet neighborhood. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future.

The pictures did not do it justice. This is a very well cared for home, very clean and very spacious. It fit well for four grown men having a weekend trip. The surrounding area where the house is located is, in my eyes, a safe area. The house was clean, saw no dust, left over stuff from any sort of previous Vrbo users, etc. And talking to Deborah was very easy and she was quick to respond. She was even nice enough to bake us a plate of brownies for when we got in, and left a hand written card (even though I believe I forgot it by accident as we were leaving). Ease of checking in and checking out was great, and as I told her when I did check out, when i do come back to Indy again, her Vrbo is my #1 first pick when I am going to look for a place to stay for 3 people. Thank you again!!

Absolutely the best stay we have had in years

I'll try to keep it brief and valuable. The home is perfect. Clean with literally everything you would ever need. Debbie is amazing! The location is perfect. You are minutes from downtown, the Southside of Indy as well as the West side of town (speedway specifically) I worked during the stay. The internet was great and the layout of the home allowed me to have a dedicated space. Just a great stress free stay.

Family Visit

This is our second time staying at the Bedford House and we are just as happy this time as we were the first. Debbie is an amazing host. She makes you feel welcome from start to finish. Communication is great. The house is perfect. Very comfortable, close to everything. We enjoyed having family come by to visit. The yard is fenced in for your pets which is perfect. Quiet neighborhood. You won't go wrong staying at the Bedford House.

Mother's Day Weekend

This isn't our first time staying at the Bedford House. My husband and I stay here every time we are in town. The house is exactly as shown. The owner always makes sure all your needs are met before your arrival. She always leaves little treats to make it feel like home. We love staying here. The neighborhood is quiet. The owner, Debbie, is a top-notch host. We highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.
