My stay was fine . But utilities/staff cleaning (12$ total ) is not apart of the price when booked an paid for . They basically don’t tell you this cause it’s in fine print (no bad to the employees there it’s management that hides behind them making the rules ) So add 12$ to whatever your final bill total is . That’s the real price , and no refunds if you decide against it Other than that . Everything was fine . And good fast free WiFi

Well first of all I got 2 charges of $50 for a deposit, hopefully it get it back. And there was a full bag of garbage under the sink. Empty alcohol boxes/containers under there as well. Staff is sketchy. 0/10 do not recommend. Bed was was comfy tho 😂

Hotel had a notice to complete repairs on front door or they would be closed. Notice said hot water heater and fire alarm system were broken. Lady at check was friendly. Hallway to rooms were dirty with visible debris on carpet. Hallway smelled of smoke and pet odor. Room was not well cleaned or maintained. Dead bugs visible in picture hanging in bathroom. Shower was missing finish on bottom of tub and had a huge hairball on wall. No blow dryer in bathroom and no iron. Called about iron and they brought one but it did not work either. Equipment in exercise room did not work. Did not feel overly safe in the area.

The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped for cooking. There was no pot and pans, no utensils, no coffee or coffee maker in the room. The refrigerator section wasn’t cooling enough to keep the food cold. Most importantly, no hot water for the 7 days I was there and others reviews mentioned no hot water. On the positive side, it’s very quiet in the room. The microwave was dirty but the room was clean. Front desk wasn’t there at night but there provided a number to call. Read reviews before you booked this hotel.

Very clean room, and surprisingly comfortable bed. Main entrance and hallways are tired-looking, but the furnishings in my room were new or fairly new. Very limited amenities provided, so keep that in mind (i.e. bar of soap provided but not even shampoo). I generally don't stay at ESA's, but was pleasantly surprised during this one-night stay!
