Midwest Moonlight is here to welcome you home after a day of exploring or be a gathering place of its own for your loved ones. Enjoy the bright + modern design of our brand-new home, cradled close by the convenience of downtown Indy's historic Fountain Square neighborhood.

• Private Outdoor Jacuzzi featuring 27 jets with contour seating for a relaxing hydrotherapy experience
• Outdoor games including ladder ball & corn hole
• Fire Pit (propane) with Adirondack lounge chairs

• Patio furniture to rest + relax on
• Smart TV

Other things to note
• Our home is the left-hand side of a duplex. The other side is a short term rental as well - ask us about renting both!

• We are located close by the train tracks, our home is not ideal for light sleepers or those sensitive to noise.

•There is currently construction happening on the duplex lot directly next to our home, please also keep this in mind when booking as there is noise throughout the week and occasionally on the weekends.

• We're happy to host you and your furry friend! We do have a pet fee of $75 per pet, per stay.

• Please refrain from letting your furry friend unleashed or left running outside to avoid the tendency of running over our neighbors' lawn.

• Please do not move any furniture in the home -
*A minimum charge of $100 will be billed to guest if any pieces of furniture have been moved

• While we do our best to keep the propane tanks full and ready for use for our guests, there is the chance that it was recently emptied. When this is the case, we kindly ask the guest to take the empty propane tank to the nearest gas station to refill the tank, and a reimbursement will be made to the guest.

• Our jacuzzi tech regularly visits every Monday morning for the hot tub upkeep.

• If you will be using the hot tub, please be sure to place the cover back on when done.
