Our modern 5BD/5BA retreat in Surrey Park offers premium amenities and meticulously designed spaces. Inside, the ultra-modern social living spaces are designed with clean lines and upscale touches. Marble floors and granite countertops create a refined atmosphere, while the gourmet kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and an induction cooktop, makes hosting effortless. Each of the 5 bedrooms is masterfully styled with curated furnishings and premium linens. The primary suite includes a private office, a walkout balcony, and a spa-like bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling standup shower. The additional bedrooms and bathrooms are styled in a striking layout, creating a uniquely cohesive, well-appointed retreat for every guest. Bedroom configuration as follows:

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Children must be included in the reservation as `children` under guests.



The pool is open seasonally from April 1 through October 31 each year. It is maintained at a default temperature of 75 degrees. Guests who wish to have the pool heated beyond this temperature may do so for an additional fee of $25 per degree per day over 75, which will be charged separately after booking.



The nightly rate covers the first 5 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This applies to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc.



A total of 6 cars are allowed with this reservation. The 2-car garage, gravel area left of the driveway, and gravel lot to the right of the white house next door are available for parking. Please DO NOT park on the driveway as this makes it difficult for our neighbor to get their cars in their garage.
