At The Local Alloggio, we invite you to experience Indianapolis like a true local, where the energy of the city meets the warmth and comfort of home. Our vibrant turquoise house, with its charming coral door, is nestled in the heart of Fletcher Place—a neighborhood filled with history, culture, and some of the best local restaurants and boutiques Indy has to offer. It’s the perfect blend of city life and cozy retreat.

Inside, our home is designed to make you feel immediately welcome. The master bedroom on the main floor is your personal sanctuary, complete with its own closet and a full bath for ultimate convenience. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a quiet escape with a walk-in closet and private en suite bathroom. The third bedroom, just off the kitchen, is the perfect spot for extra guests or family members, keeping everyone comfortable and close.

At the end of a day spent exploring the city, return to the comfort of a cozy living space. Kick back on the couch, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or step outside into our spacious backyard—a hidden gem perfect for unwinding or enjoying a meal al fresco. Guests will have full access to the entire home, offering complete privacy throughout their stay. Entry is easy and secure with a smart keypad lock, and parking is convenient with street parking available out front, along with a designated parking spot located behind the house.
