This home offers a laid-back retreat in a prime location just minutes from Indy's must-see attractions and the convention center, perfect for year-round events! The Broad Ripple district is three miles away for dining, shopping, and nightlife.

Completely renovated, this home features smart TVs with Xfinity in the living area and each bedroom, which you can also use to stream with your own accounts. (The fireplace is not operational.) The primary bedroom also boasts a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Outside, a beautifully landscaped yard creates even more space to spend time together. Unwind on the furnished patio while dinner sizzles on the grill. A fenced area adds an extra layer of privacy, and a wood-burning firepit invites fireside chats after a fun day of exploring; firewood is provided. (The garage is not accessible.)
