BRAND NEW upscale 1 bedroom apartment w/ king bed walkable to downtown Fishers. Complex is conveniently located next to nature preserve, walking path, & nickel plate trail. Enjoy walking to downtown Fishers to have coffee, ice cream, casual or fine dining. Enjoy the amazing amenities: pool, hot tub, luxury fitness center, business center, clubhouse lounges, & outdoor grilling space. 10 minutes to Ruoff Music Center.

Over 30 day stays will require & lease signed.

Nice place and great location. Apartment was comfortable. Host was very responsive via app text.Apartment was in a bit of disrepair. Stained sofa and scuffed walls. Garbage disposal was broken and had something rotting in it. Took a couple days to get repaired. This particular building has trash collection in the hallways in the evenings—unpleasant aromas until pick up.

Flexibility

Overall, the unit was clean, but if you’re looking for any flexibility with dates, I wouldn’t recommend the owner or property manager didn’t want to deal with any changes and was quite harsh with her responses when I asked. She did change our dates by one day after much back and forth, but wasn’t able to figure out how to change it with VRBO so when we tried to check in the day earlier, we had to send her emails showing she approved the one day change.

Excellent location & gorgeous apartment

For your upcoming visit to the Indianapolis area, I highly recommend checking out "Luxury Walk in the Park." The host was super responsive, and the apartment's quality and location were top-notch. Take a leisurely stroll to nearby restaurants, shops, and scenic walking paths. Will definitely book here again!

Quaint new apartment in great location. Amy was easy to communicate with, appreciated the laundry supplies as we had been on the road for 8 days and need to do laundry. Appreciated the building security. Will definitely stay again.

As advertised, brand new unit and nicely appointed. Gym is in adjacent building and very nice, has everything you would expect and more. Would definitely rent from this owner and this location again.
