Room very clean and hotel overall was beautiful. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The only negative we experienced was trying to find a working ice machine. Had to visit 4 floors to find one that was operating.

Nice property close to Gainbridge Arena. Safe area. Very clean. Rooms are a bit on the stark side but comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet parking a bit pricey but worth it for safety. Would return.

The king room was clean and large. It wasn’t anything out of the ordinary but it was a great location and one of the lowest prices for downtown. Enter/exit on the Maryland street side and park in the plaza garage across the street for $35/day. Also use that entrance for a shorter walk to gainbridge.

Hotel and location were top notch. It is a huge hotel and my only 2 complaints are that the pool is very small and they do not have a hot tub and that if you want to use a microwave you have to go to the 1st floor and use a communal one, they do not have one in each room.
